INTRODUCING THE LUMI FOUNDATION

Supporting the Stage. Creating Opportunity. Building Community.

Lumi Foundation is a nonprofit organization that serves as the charitable arm of Lumi School of Musical Theatre. Through fundraising, community partnerships, and charitable giving, the Foundation works to enhance the quality of performing arts experiences while creating more opportunities for students and community members to participate, perform, and belong.

Our Mission

The mission of Lumi Foundation is to enhance and elevate professional-quality productions while fostering unique, accessible, and inclusive performance opportunities through fundraising and community support.

We believe that access to quality performance opportunities, facilities, costumes, equipment, and training can make a meaningful difference in the lives of performers and in the arts community as a whole.

Our Goals

Bring Productions to Life
Help secure quality performance spaces and state-of-the-art community facilities where performers can experience the excitement of bringing full-scale productions to the stage.

Elevate the Production Experience
Provide funding for production needs including theatrical equipment, sets, props, costumes, technical elements, and other resources that enhance the quality of live performances.

Make Performing More Accessible
Provide performance scholarships and stipends to help reduce financial barriers for students and adults who wish to participate in productions and performance opportunities.

Create Inclusive Opportunities
Foster inclusive and accessible performance experiences through community outreach, partnerships, and programming designed to welcome performers of varying backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels.

Support Our Greater Arts Community
Build a community resource that extends beyond Lumi School of Musical Theatre by partnering with local schools, theatre programs, nonprofit organizations, and other arts groups. Our goal is to provide access to shared resources—including sets, costumes, props, production equipment, and creative partnerships—helping organizations throughout our community bring their own productions and artistic visions to life.

Strengthen Community Partnerships
Create opportunities for collaboration, outreach, and shared resources that connect performers, educators, schools, arts organizations, and community partners—strengthening the performing arts throughout our community.

Help Us Make an Impact

Every donation helps us invest in people, productions, and opportunities—from helping a performer step onto the stage to providing the resources needed to bring a production to life.

Support Lumi Foundation and help us create more opportunities for our community to perform, grow, and shine.
